Client responsibilities

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, Adwizly retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and know-how. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables created specifically for them as stated in the project agreement.

We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement prohibits it.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential business information shared during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already public.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adwizly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to services is limited to the fees paid to Adwizly for those services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Adwizly against claims arising from content, data, or instructions you provide, or from your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any alternate dispute resolution process agreed in writing.
